3. Services and Ordering

LocalDrop provides a platform connecting users with local vendors and delivery partners.

  • Order Placement: Once an order is placed, it is subject to acceptance by the vendor and LocalDrop.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates only. While we strive for punctuality, factors like traffic, weather, or vendor delays may affect delivery times.

  • Location Accuracy: You must provide a precise delivery address. LocalDrop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the user.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Fees: Total prices include the cost of items, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes or service charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank accounts, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), and debit/credit cards as specified on our platform.

  • Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order to your chosen payment method.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • User Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted by the vendor. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of LocalDrop and may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to transport prohibited items.

  • Attempt to bypass or hack any security features of the website or app.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm our delivery partners or staff.

  • Provide fraudulent payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LocalDrop platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of LocalDrop and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalDrop shall not be liable for:

  • The quality or safety of items provided by third-party vendors.

  • Losses resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.
